Email Feature:
To make your system tie in with
the latest technology, we made it possible for you to also e-mail directly from
TRS. There is no longer a need to fax a confirmation or a request to a vendor,
nor is there a need to go to another program to e-mail. Simply enter the e-mail
address and send. You can e-mail confirmations, price quotes, invoices,
itineraries, and any information bulletins or special announcements you may
have in your system.
All e-mail addresses are recorded in the vendor,
passenger, and travel agency profiles, and your agents never need to look them
up. This saves a great deal of time and eliminates mistakes.
The E-mail feature is also a
background based feature which works seamlessly with the rest of the Super
programs, without interrupting the agents work flow or concentration.
Security:
Our System comes with a three level
security Feature for each of your res agents to enter the system. TRS also
allowed you to set different levels of security for each agent once inside the
system. A manager for example can access rate entry, while a res agent may only
use the rates that are stored in the system.
